Return Policy
We accept returns on any product except nutrients and bulbs for 30 days. Please call for a R.M.A. number. You may obtain an R.M.A. number by logging into your account and using the return system. Products MUST be in original packaging in new condition. Please write your R.M.A. number on the outside of the box. Any returns without a R.M.A. number or not in good condition are subject to a restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Warranty Information
All products are sold with the manufacturers warranty. This is normally one year. Please call about specific warranties. If you require warranty work, please call for a R.M.A. number.
